We meticulously finish our seams, expertly folding and sewing the raw edges inward to thwart fraying and provide extra reinforcement, resulting in sturdier seams overall. While this process demands more time and resources, when coupled with durable threads, it extends the product's lifespan, enabling it to withstand numerous wash cycles. This is why we confidently offer our hospitality partners a 100-wash guarantee. Employing proprietary techniques for fabric finishing, we achieve a sustained softness and luxurious texture that endures over time.
Use hot water for washing, ideally at 140 degrees Fahrenheit or 60 degrees Celsius, along with a mild detergent.
Dry using a tumble dryer on a low heat setting. High heat can hasten the deterioration of natural fibers such as cotton.
When ironing sateen fabric, iron on the reverse side to enhance its glossy finish.
Ensure that the linens are clean and thoroughly dry before placing them in storage.
Store the linens in a cool and dry environment.
Refrain from using fabric softener because it ultimately weakens the fabric.
Avoid using bleach. Non-chlorine bleach should be sparingly used only when absolutely necessary. Chlorine bleach accelerates cotton deterioration and may cause irritation on sensitive skin.
Refrain from using dryer sheets as they can weaken the fibers of the fabric.
Discoloration occurs naturally from continuous contact with skin, body sweat and oils, as well as from lotions, makeup, or other topical treatments, and is not considered a manufacturer’s defect. To mitigate the rate of discoloration, it is beneficial to wash bedding regularly and maintain three sets for rotation—one in use, one in the laundry, and one stored in reserve. However, despite consistent washing, discoloration will inevitably occur over time. When this discoloration becomes noticeable, it is a sign that it is time to replace the sheets.
